Remembering search patterns across sessions

Hi. Thanks to everyone for NEdit. It's a great tool.

Is there a way I can set NEdit to remember search patterns across
different sessions, so for example I can search for the same thing I
searched for yesterday just with a few presses of the "up" arrow; I
guess by storing something within ~/.nedit?

Thanks,
Stew

There is a patch here:

https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1578939&group_id=11005&atid=311005

And I have remembered this patch shortly and will put it on my todo
list for update.
