KDE problems

I (reluctantly) switched from Gnome to KDE. It's working good, but it
has a few quirks with nedit that I cannot figure out:

1) I use keyboard shortcuts alt-arrow to move a window between
workspaces. The nedit window moves fine but the find and
replace windows stay put. Gnome moves the children fine.
Is there a way to get the children to move with the parent
in KDE?

2) The save session for nedit works, even for tabs, but upon
login the windows are placed in the wrong workspaces and use
the wrong iconification. What's up with that?

Thanks, love your editor.

I see the same here. I think Gnome has a move-window-group-to... while KDE has
a move-window-to...
So it is not the fault of Nedit - simply a slight difference in window
managers.

I see the same here, but it is a feature I rarely use so I haven't given it
much though.
