Hi,
You probably don't remember because nobody answered my mail but I
posted the following message about 2 months ago :

I have some problem to compile nedit cvs version with patch
mp050226-V3-1-CVS20080907-2.patch.

I just installed Mandriva 2009.0 with KDE4.1 and my current version
of nedit did not open (Abort is the only error message).

I got the source from CVS and compiled it without any problem. Nedit
opens and works fine.

I compiled it again with the patch from Bert without any problem
(!!) but when I run nedit, I get the "Abort" message.

I progressed a little bit because I can make it work the following way
:
I open another shell window and I run :
su -l eric
then I can open an nedit window without problem !!! If I open again
another file from the first window (without the su -l), then it works
too if I use nc (and not nedit) (probably because it uses the same
server ???).
Any idea to prevent me from doing this extra su -l ???
/home/eric 99 # nedit -V
